Solanke has been reduced to Under-23 football, and has only made the bench once for the first team, for theEFL Cup defeat by Chelsea in September.He was linked with a loan exit from Anfield throughout the summer, with Rangers – managed by Liverpool great Steven Gerrard – reportedly wanting to take the 21-year-old to Ibrox.And it now appears the Gers are in pole position to get him when the transfer window reopens in just over a month.3

But if Dom continues like he did so far then everything will be fine, 100 per cent.Theres nothing to say about the short or long-term things. Hes our player and if I have to decide that, he will stay that as well.”
