Manuel Lanzini made his long-awaited return from injury in West Ham’s 3-1 win over Fulham on Friday night.The Argentina international tore his anterior cruciate ligament while on international duty prior to last summer’s World Cup, and there were fears the midfielder could be out for a year.1
