Former Fulham and Reading striker Pavel Pogrebnyak has been fined for his remarks about black players in the Russian national team.Pogrebnyak, who made 33 appearances for Russia between 2006 and 2012, said he was opposed to the recent trend of non-Russian players receiving Russian passports with the view to representing the country and criticised the presence of black Krasnodar striker Ari in the Russia squad.
